Offer is a specific product or service in an affiliate network that can be promoted by affiliates.

Any offer has specific parameters:

Offer name (1)
Category (2)
Offer type or type of payable action: Call, Lead, Sale (3)
Payout (4)
Limits or caps (5) - limit of billable actions per certain period of time; after limit is reached, offer is paused until limit is renewed
